Chen Zhiguang
Since 2006 he has had many solo exhibitions in China, for example in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Fuzhou. In addition, he was invited to participate in international exhibitions in the USA, France, Germany, Sweden and other countries. Chen Zhiguang has many international collectors and his works can be found in well-known public and private collections.
Chen Zhiguang’s art is about “ants” and “ancient trees”, both important themes in traditional Chinese philosophy. He enlarges the “ants” so much that no one can deny the existence of these micro creatures. The “ants” are part of real human life and the space around us.
Chen Zhiguang creates in his art a parable for life.
